Poplar & Stepney - Cloth Shoulder Title ID
Picked this up some time ago, and am unsure as to the cloth s/t being worn here. Any thoughts, please?

Morning Pete,
Just been through my stuff mate & it's 17TH LONDON on the title in pale green on black (the TH of 17TH being smaller) the diamond underneath was yellow (b&w pics changing the appearance here!) also worn with a scarlet bar underneath the diamond. Shown as worn in 140 brigade in 1918, Wilf.
