Default Book on the Rhodesian Parachute Training School

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of writing a book on Military Parachuting in Rhodesia 1961-1980. The book will cover the inception of the Parachute Training School in 1961, the training of the reformed Rhodesian SAS through to the Fireforce actions of the Rhodesian Bush War. The book will also have photos all of the PJI brevets and some of the Rhodesian para wings.

Many books have been written on the Rhodesian Security Forces but there has never been a book written on No 1 Parachute Training School, Rhodesian Air Force or the lives of the people who made up the PTS.

Theirs is a story that has taken too long to tell and will now be told 31 years after the end of the Rhodesian Bush War.

Thanks Andrew. It has turned out to be a lot more involved than I envisaged, but I'm getting there.
