Default Officers Collar Dog
Mystery to me. Can anyone ID this. Very similar in style to the Military Police badge. Officers Collar badge, but for what ?

IMO it is an Indian police collar, I think Indian National Police??

Yeah, that was the first thing that sprang to mind with me too, but wouldn't Indian badges normally have the cypher as "GRI" rather than "GVIR" ?
