CEF Sweehearts and Manitoba question

I have two CEF sweetheart Badges here, the 72nd is like a buttonhole which is unusual to me. The third is the Manitoba one which is silver and enamel, Is it a sweetheart? or just a representation of the region's arms?

Number One is a Sweetheart......

Number Two is a Battalion Association.....

Number Three is a piece of jewelry and as you state a copy of the Coat of Arms.....
