New Zealand (Maori) Pioneers

Recently Acquired in a small collection i purchased was this NZ Pioneer badge. It's a very nice design and i'm going to do up a small shadow box display with it a NZEF button and Pioneer trade badge that were all in the mix. Not knowing much about NZ badges is this a fairly common badge?
