Hi Chaps,
As someone just developing and interest in Canadian badges I would like to thank all involved (however small) for their contributions to this astonishing reference. A truly splendid resource. Many thanks and best wishes, Roy.

I'm currently working on a small pubication to mark the centenary ot eh outbreak of WWI. It will include short bios. of the 70 men from my community who died in the Great war and I am hoping to use some images - perhaps as many as 30 - of cap badges. Is there any way I can get in contact with whoever is responsible for the copyright on the Forum's CEF gallery to discusss whether or not I might be able to use some of the images found here?

Hello Peter, The images in the Gallery are copyright to the contributor, which can be found when you expand the thumb nails. You would have to contact them. If the image does not have a contributor, permission can be requested from the Forum owner, Mike.

A new CEF badge reference book is being compiled. Any members with cap badges not included in the CEF Gallery are encouraged to submit the same. We are also looking for collar, C/x collars, numbers, shoulder titles, battle patches and CEF cloth shoulder titles for inclusion in both the Gallery and the up-coming book project.
