Default St Edmunds School CCF; Solid??

Hi Guys,

Picked this up over the weekend, not my area so upfront it'll probably go for sale/swap (On here...) once I work out if its right or not.

It's a St. Edmunds School CCF badge, however unlike the other examples I've seen (I was set in Canterbury for a while and all the ones I saw were hollow), it is a solid back and has a very "Chocolate Coin" gold look about it.

Anyone any ideas of when (If?) it was worn? I would think officers? as it certainly has some weight to it.

Apologies if the photos are rotated, but they're the right way up on my computer.....

Best,
Tom
