8th Armoured Bde patches & 1st AA

Hi Mike, the brigade history has Brigadier Erroll Prior-Palmer taking command on dissolution of 27th Arm. Brigade though Delaforce has him taking command on both 27th Sept 1943 and 23 July 1944. I think the confusion was having two brigadiers with the same double barrelled name O.L. took command in 1943 and G.E. in 1944. I know, I made the same mistake myself, hope this helps, Mike
