Norfolk Yeomanry or Provost Corps?

Here is a large "GR"-"VI" which I believe to be more likely than not to be a Provost Corps badge but seek clarification that it isn't a Norfolk Yeomanry? Badge measures 38mm wide x 31mm Height.

It is neither. The design without a crown has been attributed to Recruiting Staff.
