Default Problems with ebay- Newly Listed.

Having problems over the last 24 hours with my daily checks- searches jump about out of order- scroll down a page and times of posting can jump out of order- for example bottom of page item may be 1800hrs-top of next page 1430hrs. Same on PC and laptop. Anyone else finding similar? Regards, Paul.

Happens quite a bit, don't know whether its my browser or not, it'll go for a couple of days then come right for a while. Often I keep an eye on the bottom time and then the time on the next page and find that refreshing once or twice will bring it back on an even keel.

I have an eBay account thats very old.... and if I search and go through more than 3 pages it grinds to a halt. Its only been happening in the past two years.....

I also have to keep logging in via an emergency password.

eBay changed servers a couple of years ago and it Foxtrot Uniformed my account.

I've noticed the problem slightly recently and refreshing the page has worked after 1 or 2 attempts, but today the system is unusable for a full search- missing hours of posts. Regards, Paul.

Hello Paul

I am having exactly the same problem, so bad I have just given up searching for newly listed items. Hundreds of items seem to be missing and as you say the pages are loading completely out of date/time order.

It must be an ebay system fault as the same thing happens using different browsers, different accounts and after clearing all cookies etc.

I hope they fix it soon!

Roger

I've tried searches on a PC and laptop at the same time and the gaps in time were the same. Also used my partners id and same problem. Regards, Paul.

Looks like an eBay issue.

I had to do <shift> refresh (F5 key) several times to get it to update properly.

i have to keep changing the default back to 'ending soonest' rather than 'best match'. That sorts out the date and time issues, however, it seems to double everything up.
