Victoria OR VictoriaN
Is there a difference between the Victoria Mounted Rifles and the VictoriaN Mounted Rifles?

Victorian Mounted Rifles is the correct title for a number of regiments that have existed in the Australian Army since the late 1800s going by the various editions of the Victorian Military Forces List and the Army List of Officers of the AMF.
I could not say if there has been a Victoria MR in South Africa or Canada or somewhere else in the Empire. Keith |

I understand that a cloth title was made without the N, a manufacturer's error.

Thanks
Many thanks for the info. I was looking at some photos on the web and am confused as some show the bush hat with the brim pinned up tp the left and others to the right. Any reason?
