Default Ancestry/Find my past check- F Martin 243815

I have just obtained a prisoner of war release letter from the King (1918) for a Pte F Martin 243815. Seller thinks he was Loyal North Lancs. Could someone help out with an ancestry/ find my past check for me? Thanks, Paul.

His MIC shows entitlement to a pair but nothing else apart from his first name.

Have you tried the red cross POW site? It is a bit awkward but does come up with a full list of camps etc, when and where captured, company details etc when I have searched in the past.

Hello Jerry- thanks for the nudge- he is listed 3 time- he was 1/5th L. N. Lancs, and looks like he was taken prisoner at Cambrai, He was born 24/09/1895- Blackburn. That's what I can make out of it. Regards, Paul. https://grandeguerre.icrc.org/en/Fil...s/2220581/3/2/
