Default Berkshire Victory Tour 1946 - Badge

I hope that this item is in the right section?

I managed to pick up this badge cheaply enough for it not to matter if it turns out to be related to cricket, or whatever. In which case i# will pass it on.

I have scanned it at 200% in order to show the detail more clearly.

Does anybody know any more about this badge, and what exactly was happening in Berkshire in 1946?

I hope that somebody can enlighten us Mike.

I tried a bit of googling and found the Queen on a "Victory Tour", but that was 1945, not 1946:

"Victory Tour" alone yields tours by Michael Jackson, Jedward, and now Donald Trump.
