Transvaal Scottish items for dating please

Can you help me date (even broadly) these two items please. I have tacked the image of the sporran onto another relevant thread. and cannot find how to copy it again!

Hi Charlie
The title is WWII vintage.
The sporran I have no idea about but the design looks like an early-ish example to me. As these were often used for many years it would be difficult to say but very likely pre-WWII.
