Default 9th (Newburgh) Fifeshire Rifle Volunteer Corps 1860-1880

Hello,
just received this beauty this morning , a pouch belt badge (IMO) in bronze, very fine hollow construction with flat back, very heavy, 55mm wide, 10mm thick, two small holes (for casting ? ), two lugs (east and west); Bronze fittings were worn in the period 1860-1863 before change for white metal ones.

This is the first i see in 40 years of collection.

Dead Spartan has a WBC in brass and Ron a pouch belt badge in bronze.

Thank you in advance for your comments and or informations;
Regards

Jean-Marie
