Scots Guards WW 1

I have the attached and was told it is original Scots Guards WW1 - can anyone confirm if this is true?
Anyone seen anything like it?

Hello cman,

This is a shoulder title I believe to The Scots Guards.In the book by R.A. Westlake,
Collecting metal shoulder titles, it is listed as #714. I think the WWI period is correct.
Your item is complete with the brass backer plate.
