Default Warrant Officer badge

I have this badge with a number on the back. Is it a manufacturer code or something else ? Thank you

22300 is the Pattern Number. Often found in white ink on the backs of modern bullion embroidered badges. Pattern numbers should be unique and have been in use for many years.

Thank you very much. Is there a specific section for Army Rank Insignia ? Rank badges are not in sections A T3-2, 3-4 and 3-6.
