Default Australian Military Forces silver rising sun

I note in previous threads regarding silver rising suns referring to Australian Commonwealth Military Forces rising suns but I am after opinions on an Australian Military Forces kings crown rising sun with a makers mark of Amor.

Looks ok.

Worn by 1st Armoured Regiment and also 7th/21st Australian Horse between 1948 to around 1953. May have also been worn by other RAAC units as well (I still have to confirm).

Hi what he said, but the Amor is unlikely to be sterling silver, more like white metal.

Regards

Phil.

I suspect that sjaklawrence is referring to "silver" as in the colour, not in the metal.

Default Donny B is correct

I was referring to previous threads titled silver rising suns. The Amor Sydney marked rising sun is white metal 45mm High by 63mm wide sorry if I wasn't clear. Thanks for the information on who wore it Slick Mick, is this scarce badge?

Not overly rare but like many other badges it's becoming harder to find.
