Default 48 Highlanders, Courts of Birmingham

I got this today, it was described as 48th Highlanders of Canada, Courts Birmingham. I've looked at it through a magnifying glass and can't see any makers marks on it to say that's who made it.

How could they have pinned it to that maker? Is there any particular marks to indicate this?

Thanks guys, Bill

There is nothing in the pictures that would indicate to me it is anything but an average badge that Scully or Roden made.
Maybe a better picture if the lugs would be helpful to those who are experts in that field.

I agree with 48th, nothing unusual about this badge for the look of it. Never heard of the Courts of Birmingham in relation to 48th badges.

Gents,

Thanks for your comments. Having looked at the lugs closer, they are the same as another 2 badges I have so will put nit down to mistake in advertising.

Thanks again for the views,

Regards, Bill
