Good Afternoon

I am not a badge collector but interested, I have some badges.

A 37 Pattern belt with some badges attached, which my father collected / aquired during his army service - WW2

I have also a couple of badges picked up with some medal groups I have to the Royal Navy - being a medal collector

I am hoping to learn more about badges.

Hello Billy,

Welcome to the forum, mate.

Many members here also collect medals, so you'll find yourself in good company.

Thanks for posting those images - good to see.

All the best,

Peter.

Billy,
Welcome to the Forum. That looks like a 1908 pattern web belt so used through WW1 until WW2 (although also worn after). That could mean the badges are contemporary and were collected pre WW2. Could you post some more close-ups please?

Tim
