Hi, these appear to be the centre of St. Edward's School, Oxford KK2671, so, as I know nothing about OTC, when and where would they have been worn? Thanks in advance, Mike.

St Edwards School has a CCF Corps which is mainly RAF orientated. When did they have a OTC or when did it change.

Edward's School Oxford founded 16 Oct 1908. It would have become a JTC in 1938, then a CCF in 1948.

The badge is here http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/for...ictureid=78183

they look like school blazer badges to me.

Alan may well be right but there is the possibility that the badge on the khaki cloth may be for a shooting team or like the Liverpool Insitute CCF,this schools CCF may have had an embroidered arm badge.
