Default Unknown Arabian badge.

Can anyone please assist in identifying the Arabian badge shown in the 2 photos and translating the Arabic title ?
It is about 4 cm high , 3.5 cm wide , die pressed with a 2 lug back and almost certainly British made .
As you can see , the main feature is a small fort set on rocks with the typical Arab style dagger superimposed on it .
Thanks in advance for any help .

Neil

It's some Omani militia/security unit badge. I asked some Arabic knowing colleagues in the office and thats the best they could come up with. I saw it on ebay but did not bid as unsure what it exactly was. But a lovely badge. Am sure someone with greater expertise will come along and identify it.
