Possibly Fleet Air Arm Related?

Hi all. I received this screw back badge with a group of Second World War RAF medals. The group included the Atlantic Star and with the wings above the anchor I thought it possible there could be a FAA connection? Any opinions would be much appreciated. Cheers.

Your badge is a fundraising item produced for the British American Ambulance Corps which raised funds in the USA to provide ambulances to the British Forces.

The badge appears at the top of the leaflet attached.
