1915 era Gor Blimey hat but is that a formation patch on the arm? Not my thing but thought they were worn in the 1917-18 era?

I almost feel daft asking - but narrowly missed one one on the Forum some years ago - If anyone can point me in the direction of one of these highly elusive cap badges, I really would be most grateful ...
