Volunteer Medical Staff Corps helmet plate
I have attached a photo of a Volunteer Medical Staff Corps helmet plate - would you say that this could be Original or a re-strike (or this was not done with these types of helmet plates)?
I can't find this specific type (note small "PS" to CORps) in any book. Thank you for your comments.

Medical Staff Corps helmet plate
Thank you to all that replied to my post. Thank you for your valued expertise. I could not find any reference to this helmet plate (a garter instead of a circle and small letters "ps" in "CORps") in the reference books I have.
