H/S&B/Canada title - who wore this?

For a while now I have had this title but havent properly identified it. It is a brass cutout, so quite possible Boer War ( maybe WW1) . It has wire loops ( actually, one is missing ) "Canada"is pretty self-explanatory , but as to the rest, I dont know. Can anyone help ?

Thanks for posting the title Mike. It doesn't fit any of the obvious units deployed to South Africa, so more research needed.
