Default KC buttons, any info

Found these yesterday in a field on IOW. Any info would be appreciated

Hello Irv

They would appear to be 'generic' crown pattern buttons used by many government organisations and the like that had no button design of their own.

A similar button was used by Inspectors of Army Schools and some other military units but with a scalloped rim instead of a plain one; this often causes a little confusion.
