Odd badge delivery

Hi All
Yesterday I received an anodised aluminium badge of the Duke of Ed's Royal Reg (Berks & Wilts - KK2051), recorded delivery from the UK. I did not buy this badge and there is no return address!! The code number doesn't give any details and I can't put an online query in the Royal Mail website because I don't have a UK postcode. It must be from somebody who I've bought from recently but I haven't been able to suss that out, it appears to be from Birmingham. If anybody has bought one of these that is astray, they're welcome to contact me.
