Can anyone help me with the shoulder title?
Is it RGA or RFA? and could anyone take a guess at the rest of it.

What wearing a Gunner cap badge!

The letter T is on top of the letter F but it does look as though the last letter is missing. Also wearing a shoulder strap slide, possibly an economy cap badge, MM ribbon, single chevron and a Range Takers badge.
