Default Reproduction Badges

Am aware that many reproduction badges are cast forged but did they make reproductions/restrikes in die stamped metal. What am trying to find out if there are repros out there that show die stamping marks normally found on good die stamped badges? thanks

Yes there are and there have been both original and newly commissioned dies used to make them making them hard to spot.
