Lieut.-Col.Thomas Louis Tremblay,CB,CMG,DSO,ED. France L.of H. C.O. 22nd Battalion,1916-1918.Became Major General.



Lt.Co. Tremblay,in centre of first row.




Major Georges P. Vanier,DSO,MC and Bar ✔of the 22nd Batallion. He became the 19th Governor General of Canada, a post he occupied from 1959 to 1967.Library and Archives Canada / PA-002777.


✔ Won in 1st WW.


Lt.Col. Arthur Edouard Dubuc,DSO,VO. France L. of H. C.O. 1918.

Le 22ème a été massacré du 27 au 29 Août 1918 près de Chérisy entre Arras et Cambrai.
The 22nd was massacred from 27 to 29 August 1918 near Chérisy between Arras and Cambrai.
Remember.....une cérémonie en mai 2017 dernier et un cap badge du secteur
