Default Glider Pilot Regiment badge

Any thoughts on this badge, it looks brand new to me and the reverse isn't as sharp as I would expect.
May be moving this on if genuine.
Cheers Tony.

It seems OK to me, let me know when you want to move it on.

Tony I agree, however the front looks ok and as far as I'm aware these are not replicated properly.

Yet another spurious example, where did you get it from?

Well, I hope you did not pay much for them, if however, they were sold as original I should certainly get a refund if I were you.

The giveaways on your AAC badge are the laurel leaf over the eagle's wing and the J.R.GAUNT dot LONDON maker mark on the slider. Original badges had lugs only.

At the museum of army flying, perhaps, if so, may I ask when?

LOL, I suppose I should not be at all surprised really, notwithstanding, quite frankly, that is the sort of thing I'd expect to see on display, rather than for sale!
