Default BQMS No 1 Dress Insignia

Would any one have any ideas on the following please,

I have come across a NSN for a BQMS - RHA No 1 Dress insignia, I have looked in regulations but can not find the the correct form of wearing this badge?

Is it worn by a BQMS above the chevrons to stand out as the appointment as BQMS as the standard badges worn present is that of a separate small crown above the gun both above chevrons? note: used on arm of No1 Dress.

I think its just a financial thing, cheaper to buy the Crown and gun in one piece rather than 2 seperate pieces.

regards
