Default Belgian Medal query

I have both the Silver and Gold class of this award information attached for silver version.

Does anyone have the criteria for the Gold class I have recently aquired 3 Gold class though one images attached is of a very fine finish and quite a heavy medal.

Hoping the power of the forum will come through.

Regards

Stephen

Silver Class
BELGIUM: WW1 Medal of the Belgian National Federation of the
Mutilated Military and War Wounded Veterans.
Silver (2nd) Class with silver star citation.
The Federation was established right after the end of WW1 as a social
and philanthropic association focused on providing aid and relief to the
wounded and mutilated war veterans.
The medal was awarded for long and devoted service to the cause of
the Federation.
