Victorian crown sweetheart in a 1930s box.
Bar and overlay in gold on a silver star.

Mark, bar is 9ct overlay is 18ct, remains of red enamel backing. Motto is hand engraved, possibly Indian manufactured.

I believe that is the small colourless crown victoria had made in 1870 so as not having to wear coloured jewels, as in the Imperial State Crown, while mourning Prince Albert's death.
The Imperial Crown of India was made in 1911 for King George V's inauguration as Emperor of India and only worn once during the Delhi Durbar in that year.
