Default ILH shoulder titles?

I managed to acquire these recently and am wondering if they tie with the Imperial Light Horse cap badge i posted previously. This title has the connecting bar on the bottom while I've noticed Owens book has it going through the middle... lugs are also out of the ordinary as far as I'm concerned. ILH or something entirely different... thanks Jim

Hi Jim,

all I can say is that I have 2 variations of ILH titles and both have the middle connecting bar as in Owens.
I've seen lugs like that before on Northumberland Fusiliers collars but as far as I know, all ILH collars were smaller versions of the cap; My own ILH titles have the normal wire lugs.

regards,

Iain

Jim and Iain

These look like lead WW2 versions, the lugs are the giveaway, have a look at the NC Silvered Lead badge it is the same.

These appear to be of the gun metal wash variety.

Jim

Found a few more today, as you can see these match yours, even have a similar darkish brass wash. Bad damage can be seen to one of them, lead is definately not the best material for badges.
