Default Cloth Medic Badge

Hi all, picked this up amongst others at the weekend at a local car boot. I believe its a medics badge but cant find which or the company stamp on the back, Your help will be muchly appreciated

WWII era German army medic, I can't help re. the manufacturer though.

"G&co" doesn't sound very German, but I'd agree, it looks to be a nice original piece.

G&Co made lots of German cloth badges. Can't remember what G&Co stands for though.
