Default Unknown Badge Maker

I have recently acquired this Royal Artillery badge, which has a makers mark on the reverse which I cannot make out. I was hoping someone here may have seen it before, and would be able to assist with an identity.

All I can make out for sure, is the last little bit of the brand, which appears to read ...LLY Ltd

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Could be "Wm Scully Ltd" of Montreal.
