Very nice, well done. I have a single but it's the first time I have seen a matching pair. One of thee forum members has a SA Medical Corps title with the rescue boat on it for the medics who were on the launches. Only one I have seen!

I don't know if these were issued or official. They were obviously hand made so may have been unofficial.

Unique, had never seen this badge before. Where would this unit have served?
English Channel?’ Mediterranean? Jack

They may have also served in Durban Harbor and/or Port Elizabeth Harbor, but I am not sure of these two. Steven |

They served all along the SA Coast line during WW2. Theses were locally produced suspect in the shipwrights workshops. Brian |
