Smile The lighter side of the ASC

I have had this for years, it came with the cap badge, s/titles and a Corporals stripe. As you can see unfinished and heavy on the solder . . !

I see the sense it it, if you keep your cigarette behind your ear then why not keep your lighter conveniently nearby, but how does it fix to the cap?
