Default Indian or Pakistan Army ?

I believe the formation sign in the photos may be an Indian or Pakistan Army sign. Can anyone confirm please and say which formation it is for.

Thanks

This looks like a current issue padded type of Indian badge. I think Mike is right about it being GHQ. Dont have info to hand.

My reference from Bharat Rakshak, 2004, has it as Army Headquarters, New Delhi
