Default Pennant Dutch Military ?

Can any one please identify the pennant it is printed, about 16" long and made in Amsterdam.

P.B.

This appears to contain the colours and charges of the shield from the arms of Amsterdam, so presumably is from some official waterways body in that city?

That is of course correct, but I doubt that any officialdom is connected to this. It might be, but there are no bans from anybody using it on his boat, house or bicycle when (s)he likes so.

Get yours from any souvenir shop in the city!

It is certainly Amsterdam, but I doubt if it has a military connection.
