BW Bandsman

Full length portrait of 1st Bn Royal Highlanders bandsman circa 1904, probably taken at Fort George. He wears QVC musicians arm badge embroidered RH shoulder title and WM collars see Churchill #1160. How did they keep the glengarry on at that angle?
