Default 40 RCU Noarlunga

A recent pick-up: 40 Regional Cadet Unit Noarlunga. The scan looks a bit odd but the badge is plain GM with a flat back and clutch grip fasteners.

When you Google this unit it comes up as currently titled 40 Army Cadet Unit. Does anyone know when it was 'Regional' and when it changed title?

(Noarlunga was an old town in the southern Adelaide Hills where my mother's mother's people settled in 1839. It's now a suburb of Adelaide.)
