'M' Collar Badge
Just wanted to share this find as I had not come across an 'M' collar badge before. Royal Artillery Militia, I think:

Yes, Militia pre - 1908.
It should be worn on both collars, he appears to have lost one! regards

Can you blow up the cap badge on the rear soldier. Is there an M on his badge or not?

No there is not an M as far as I can see. I have yet to see a period picture of a milita RA cap badge. They certainly don't seem to have been universally worn.
