What era British paratrooper wing?

I saw this on eBay recently and tried for it but was outbid. I have never come across one made like this before. I kept the images and was wondering if anyone had an opinion as to what era this was manufactured and if this was a theater made piece?

These are not British. These look very much like mid 70's Indian paratroop wings. When you think of Indian wings you expect the distinctive WW2 era ones but these are what was being issued to the rank and file 30 + years ago.
