17th Arm Motto
A while back in Feb at DNW auction a Bent and Parker Arm motto was up for grabs . I never went for it as it seemed to have a number of imperfection/repairs. Now recently I was looking at Linaker and Dine and noticed their Arm motto on page 136 had the same imperfections /repairs as the DNW offering...………….the plot now thickens. I recently came by a unmarked unbacked Arm motto sold as chrome but I suspect silver plated. This also shows the repairs imperfections to the reverse which is odd.
Yet again with the same marks. Does any forum member have a 1905 hallmarked Bent and Parker with no imperfections ?. If so could I have the measurements. I am trying to work out if all the Bent and Parker were manufactured with these marks or is the one at DNW and Linaker and Dine the same and has been copied ? Best Mac
