Police badge?
This came with a group of Kings Crown Police badges I bought for the collection, but has me stumped.

The badge is in the book 'Helmets & Caps' by Jon P Weston and listed as fig No 00380 as a police cap badge OR's worn from 1910 to 1920. Hope this has been of help. Harry.
