Default unidentified arab buttons

Please find attached 5 buttons with details of text.
They are Anodised Aluminum, gilt or chrome.
I think they are 1980s - 1990s, sizes are 22 mm and 17 mm.

1 - Firmin, London
2 - pinback, no maker + detail picture
3 - no maker + detail picture
4 - no maker + detail picture
5 - Kuwait(?), no maker + detail picture

Do you know which country and service. What do the texts say?

All sellers list this button No 5. as Kuwaiti. e.g. Navy.
However the arabic text on the left clearly says Abu Dhabi.

What does the text on the right say?
