Default Assistance from mods requested, please…

Dear Moderators,

Would it be possible please to trace/locate an old forum thread via a link that seems to be broken?

I am attempting to find the following discussion, but it seems no longer to exist. Can it be retrieved or its contents accessed at all, or is it gone for ever? Any help appreciated.

http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/for…ad.php?t=37747

With thanks,

JT

If the original poster deleted his post then it is gone and cannot be retrieved.

Thanks Alan. It was an old thread started by Dave Cutforth. It may well have been deleted. I suppose there is no way of knowing now.

Thank you.

What was the topic? It may have been merged rather than deleted? Alas where photo bucket and online links have been used, at some point all the pics disappear and the links stop working so most of not all of the info is lost. Some threads are moved to other areas of they are more relevant in that area.

Default Threads started by Dave.

If this link works, may be worth sifting through the list.
Tony.

Alan,

Can't quite recall the title of the thread, but Dave had posted a looped QRWS badge that he had been seeking comments on. The badge depicted below is my impression of the one he offered for discussion. I was hoping his original images were still available.

Thanks for your help.

JT

Haven't found the photos (yet !) but found a post by davec2 from 2012.

I have a poor old Paschal Lamb to the Queen's Regiment that suffers from a very serious inferiority complex following some hurtful " golf-ball " comments being made in the past.

EDIT : Found some threads with photos.

OK , found 2009 thread titled "Queen's (Golf ball) OSD" started by Luke H:

Another thread (with photos) from 2008 :

It looks like Dave himself removed some photos from his posts.

Thanks for all the help, gents.

It very much looks as though the thread in question is a goner. Appreciate your assistance.
